Swapped out my old plastic brush for this one and honestly the plant-based bristles feel just as firm as what I’m used to, if not better. The bamboo handle is smooth but not slippery when wet, and knowing the whole thing can go in the compost bin makes brushing feel a little greener.
The bamboo handle has a nice weight to it, not flimsy at all, and knowing the whole thing goes back to the earth makes my morning routine feel a little greener. It's taken me a day to get used to the plant-based bristles, but they clean just as well as any plastic brush I've used.
The bristles feel genuinely plant-based and firm enough to do a real clean, and I love that the whole thing goes straight into the compost bin when I'm done. My bathroom drawer finally has zero plastic in it, which makes brushing feel a little more intentional every morning.
